Genetics of cultural divergence
A strong interest is maintained on the potential impact of genetics on the formation of different cultures worldwide. As a case study of special focus is the East-West cultural divergence. Publications related to this topic are shown below as well as some graphs exemplifying the approaches applied. For this "research" I use data that are available publicly. The genomic data are retrieved from ENSEMBL's "1000 genomes project" while quantitative indices from various different sources.
